- After selling more than 10,000 copies of my first book without nationwide distribution, I was picked up by Broadway Books/Random House and they are releasing the next edition in January, 2009.
Feature stories about me and my patented cooking method have appeared in magazines including Women's World, Vegetarian Times, and Colorado Expressions; in newspapers from the Rocky Mountain News to the Philadelphia Inquirer; on television in states like Oregon, Wyoming, and Colorado; and on radio across the country.
I learned a lot about how to get free publicity, so now I'm also a publicity coach and I help authors learn about publicity opportunities at my publicity blog called RecipesForPublicity.com.
My cookbook is all about making it easier to eat healthy meals, and I write and speak about healthy eating and living naturally.
