A privateer is a pirate who works for a government. Privateers protected one country's ships (and flew their flag) while plundering ships from other countries. Either way, plundering is a good way to make a living.

About Me:
I now live in West Texas, to be close to my family. I grew up here, in Odessa, but left at the age of 18, swearing never to return! I graduated from University of Texas, Austin, with a degree in Literature, and since then I've attended colleges all over the country. I seem to love school.

I work as an Intuitive/Metaphysical Counselor, and I've begun to write a children's book about animals. I've had some success in communicating with and healing animals. They are my greatest love, and my vision is to travel the world, studying animals, learning to communicate with them, and writing about them. I am drawn to marine mammals, especially whales. This means I must leave the desert soon and find a place for myself and my many cats. Cape Cod looks like a good spot to settle for a while.

I also have a passion for languages. I speak Spanish with some fluency, and I wish to learn all of the Romance languages, plus Arabic.
